Join us for a fun and interactive Adunta Drumming event! This session is specially designed for Carers and Support Workers to come together, connect & to relax, and enjoy the rhythm of the drums. It's a great opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and have a blast! No prior drumming experience is needed - just bring your energy and enthusiasm. Don't miss out on these Social Sessions filled with music, laughter, and good vibes. See you there! This Adunta social event is 2.5hr s including a - 45min drumming workshop and social time for Carers, Support workers, Social Workers and those in the support industry. A Supportive environment run by experienced facilitators. Come and fill your own cup. If you want to drum and join in, you need a seperate ticket and we supply each person a drum. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adunta Drumming - Carers and Support Workers Social Sessions --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Duration: 2.5hrs Location: Noble Park ( venue sent on registeration ) Parking: Available and wheelchair ramps. 6.00pm - Meet and Greet & Registration. 6.`15pm - 7.15pm Adunta Drumming Class. Ousmane will share his West African Culture for 1hr including, song, dance and drumming for all abilities. 7.15pm - Social time, chat and have a tea or coffee. Please bring any snacks to share with the group. 8.30pm - conclusion of event. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- We look forward to hosting you for a fun night out. Ousmane is the lead artist/teacher and facilitator for this event. Ousmane Sonko has delivered joy filled African Drumming workshops for 14 years in Australia. He is a community worker as well as an International preforming artist. Adounta Cultural Movement Drumming runs West African Drumming Workshops that bring energy to Schools, Workplaces and Special Events. Monqiue is the host and the key event contact Monique had 20+ years facilitaing values-led business, teaching creative and emotional resiliance, leading groups with a passion for community building. Having execuitive training as well as soft skills, she supports soul-led practitioners and creative entreprenurs create businesses that support their gifts and wellbeing.
