Before starting Working Better Together, Monique McNamara founded and led UP&UP Creative - a not-for-profit project which was successful in delivering marketing and communication services. It incorporated cultural, organisational and design-led change outcomes for local, National and International clients with a small team of committed creatives.
Monique McNamara, a selected Australian artist, collaborated with Nudie Jeans and Amnesty International, bringing her creative vision to a meaningful partnership. Her submission was published and featured in an exhibition in Berlin, Germany, showcasing her work on an international stage.
